Chairman at KT&Partners, Alfredo holds a BA Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Catholic University in Milan and a Master of Arts Degree in Finance and Investments from the University of Exeter (UK). He has worked in the financial, industrial and insurance fields.
He has been a lecturer and research fellow at Catholic University in Milan, manager at ENI, being in charge of the relationship with the financial markets. He has been also General Manager of Sofipa SIM and later CEO and General Manager of Maffei S.p.A, a listed company.
In 1997, Alfredo was nominated CEO of Nikols Sedgwich BV (later Aon), and in 1998, after having actively participated in the transition of Nikols to the Aon Group Italy, he was appointed Executive Deputy Chairman of Aon Italia, the Holding of Aon Corp. in Italy and Chairman of Aon S.p.A. the major subsidiary.
In 2010, he gave up his operational responsibilities and became Senior Advisor of Aon Group and a member of the Global Retail Board and of the Southern European Middle East Committee.
He is also Founding Partner of Linkiesta.it, a popular online magazine, Centro Medico Santagostino, a medical center, and Credito Lombardo Veneto, a bank in Lombardy.
Kevin Tempestini, founder and CEO of KT&Partners, has more than 20 years’ experience in the investment banking industry, both in Milan and London. Prior to establishing KT&Partners in 2010, Kevin was an independent advisor to publicly trading Italian companies on their relations with institutional investors. Between 2007 and 2009, Kevin was the Executive Director at BDH (Burani Group).
Prior to that, he ran the global equity business of UniCredit for almost 10 years. In this role, he managed more than 15 IPOs, including Emak, e.biscom, Luxottica, Ferretti, Tod’s, Datamat, Cad, Fiera Milano, Hera, Coin, De Longhi, Dmt, Azimut, Geox and Toro. Earlier in his career, he worked as a research analyst at Euromobiliare in Milan and Salomon Brothers in London, for a total of 10 years.
Kevin holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Florence and is a founding member of YPO Italy (Young Presidents’ Organization), which he led in 2006.

WILLIAM DE ASCANIIS, PH.D.
William joined KT&Partners in July 2016. He has 20 years’ experience as a financial advisor in the investment banking of international merchant banks and financial boutiques, both in Italy and abroad.
As a financial advisor to companies, mainly focused on M&A transactions, he gained professional experience advising national and international clients, including state-owned and privately owned companies.
Prior to joining KT&Partners, he worked for Lazard, Fox-Pitt Kelton (later Macquarie Group), Borghesi Colombo & Associati, Ernst & Young Consultants (later Cap Gemini).
William holds a Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and a Ph.D. in Finance and Banking from Tor Vergata University in Rome.
William is Professor of Corporate Finance at Tor Vergata University in Rome and Professor of Financial Reporting & Analysis and Business Planning at Bicocca University for an international Master’s course (MAIB).
GIANCARLO DI VONA
Giancarlo Di Vona joined KT&Partners in 2013 as a financial analyst. Previously he worked as an analyst in the fund selection team of Nextam Partners.
Prior to this, Giancarlo worked as an equity analyst for Horatius SIM for a two-year period, conducting company evaluations inspired by value investing principles and using DCF as a controlling method.
Giancarlo holds a BA and MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan. During his university studies, he spent a term at Maastricht University and at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta.
Patrizia has worked for KT&Partners since early 2012. Patrizia has been also part of the Board of Directors of B&C Speakers S.p.A. since May 2015 and of Retelit S.p.A. since April 2018, companies listed in the STAR Segment of Borsa Italiana.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an analyst and project manager for Banca IMI. Prior to that, she worked as a financial analyst for a consulting firm, conducting company evaluations and preparing business plans and information memoranda.
Patrizia earned a Master’s degree with honors in Economics and Finance from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
Michele Depalo joined KT&Partners in september 2018. Previously he worked for four years as financial analyst in the Equity Market Listing department at Borsa Italiana, which is responsible for the listing process of companies on the MTA market and AIM Italia market.
Michele holds a MSc degree with full marks in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
Mauro joined the team of KT&Partners in November 2017, after graduating summa cum laude from the Catholic University of Milan with a M.Sc. in Banking and Finance. During the university career, Mauro took part to the CFA Equity Research Challenge, an intensive Investment Research training whose goal was the production of an Equity Report.
Füsun Bektaş has been a partner of KT&Partners since its establishment in March 2010. She has 14 years’ experience in investment banking, asset management and management consulting businesses both in Istanbul and Milan.
Prior to KT&P, Füsun worked for two years at Banor Sim in Milan, where she was an asset manager investing in U.S. stock markets. In Istanbul, Füsun worked as an equity research analyst for international brokerage houses, including UniCredit Securities and the American house Raymond James Securities, for more than six years.
Füsun holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Istanbul and an MBA degree from the University of West Georgia in the United States. She speaks Turkish, English and Italian fluently. In addition to her role at KT&P, Füsun also manages a consultancy that advises and guides Italian companies in their businesses in Turkey.
Elena joined KT&PARTNERS at the end of 2017 as Senior Advisor.
She gained experience, soon after the Degree, initially as an entrepreneur with a successful start-up company in H.R. business and after having sold her company to Manpower Inc (listed NYSE) she became their Country Manager developing the Italian Market of temporary work.
Meanwhile she was in the Board of Young Entrepreneurs of Assolombarda (Confindustria).
She then became CEO of a Training Company in financial sector (part of Banca Profilo Group)
Since 2010 she is Vice President of Civicum, a non profit Organization that aims at improving accountability in the Italian Public Administration.

Giada Basla has worked for KT&Partners since 2013 as head of marketing and event planning.
Previously, Giada worked for a graphic design and communication agency in Milan, overseeing all advertising campaigns for the Benetton Group.
