KEVIN TEMPESTINI

Kevin Tempestini, founder and CEO of KT&Partners, has more than 20 years’ experience in the investment banking industry, both in Milan and London. Prior to establishing KT&Partners in 2010, Kevin was an independent advisor to publicly trading Italian companies on their relations with institutional investors. Between 2007 and 2009, Kevin was the Executive Director at BDH (Burani Group).

Prior to that, he ran the global equity business of UniCredit for almost 10 years. In this role, he managed more than 15 IPOs, including Emak, e.biscom, Luxottica, Ferretti, Tod’s, Datamat, Cad, Fiera Milano, Hera, Coin, De Longhi, Dmt, Azimut, Geox and Toro. Earlier in his career, he worked as a research analyst at Euromobiliare in Milan and Salomon Brothers in London, for a total of 10 years.

Kevin holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Florence and is a founding member of YPO Italy (Young Presidents’ Organization), which he led in 2006.

CARLO FRIGATO

Carlo joined KT&Partners in April 2019. He has 15 years of international experience in the financial world. He was CFO at Docomo Deutschland Group until 2018 and previously he worked for 14 years as CFO at Buongiorno SpA, a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana until Docomo Group takeover. After graduating in Electrical Engineering  from the University of Genoa, he worked for 9 years in the Capital market division of Accenture, EDS Spa and Ernest&Young.

ROBERTO BORSATO

Roberto collabora con KT&Partners da dicembre 2020 occupandosi in particolare di operazioni di IPO. In precedenza, ha maturato più di 25 anni di esperienza nel mondo dell’investment banking, prima in Caboto SIM (Gruppo Intesa San Paolo) e poi in Equita SIM (già Euromobiliare SIM) con il ruolo di Executive Director. In questo ruolo, ha seguito numerose operazioni, tra cui: quotazioni su MTA (Avio; FILA; Gruppo MutuiOnline; IW Bank; Safilo Group; Tamburi Investment Partners; Esprinet; Amplifon) e su AIM Italia (Masi Agricola; Italia Independent Group), anche attraverso SPAC e veicoli di investimento (NB Aurora, Equita PEP Spac; Space 1-2-3; Italy 1 Investment SA ); acquisizioni/cessioni di aziende e collocamenti azionari ed obbligazionari presso investitori istituzionali. Roberto è laureato in Economia Aziendale presso l’Università Bocconi .

PAOLO TRAMONI

Paolo Tramoni has gained over fifteen years of experience in Corporate Finance, in particular in the management of extraordinary transactions (M&A, turnaround, debt restructuring) at leading financial advisory companies, successfully completing over 25 deals in different sectors during his career. In particular, he was one of the founding partners of Pirola Corporate Finance holding the position of Senior Manager from 2016 until August 2022, previously he was Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Team of BDO Italia (formerly Mazars Italia) from 2011 to 2015 and manager of Iperion Corporate Finance from 2006 to 2011. Graduated in Economics and Business Legislation at the Luigi Bocconi University in 2005, he has been enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2010. For about 12 years he has been teaching the “Financial System” course at the Bocconi University.

ELENA HENNY

Elena joined KT&PARTNERS at the end of 2017 as Senior Advisor.
She gained experience, soon after the Degree, initially as an entrepreneur with a successful start-up company in H.R. business and after having sold her company to Manpower Inc (listed NYSE) she became their Country Manager developing the Italian Market of temporary work.
Meanwhile she was in the Board of Young Entrepreneurs of Assolombarda (Confindustria).
She then became CEO of a Training Company in financial sector (part of Banca Profilo Group)
Since 2010 she is Vice President of Civicum, a non profit Organization that aims at improving accountability in the Italian Public Administration.
In 2002 she published a book edited by Franco Angeli : Lavorare in Affitto

MICHELE DEPALO

Michele Depalo joined KT&Partners in september 2018. Previously he worked for four years as financial analyst in the Equity Market Listing department at Borsa Italiana, which is responsible for the listing process of companies on the MTA market and AIM Italia market.
Michele holds a MSc degree with full marks in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.

MAURO IACCINO

Mauro joined the team of KT&Partners in November 2017, after graduating summa cum laude from the Catholic University of Milan with a M.Sc. in Banking and Finance. During the university career, Mauro took part to the CFA Equity Research Challenge, an intensive Investment Research training whose goal was the production of an Equity Report.

FEDERICA FIORENZA

Federica joined the team of KT&Partners in January 2018. Graduated summa cum laude from Luiss Guido Carli in “Economia e Finanza”, Federica previously worked in KPMG as Corporate Finance Intern. During the university career, Federica took part to the Fund Management Challenge organized by CFA Society aimed at creating a portfolio made by long-short positions on Eurostoxx50 and maximizing its performance over four months.

MARIA TERESA DI GRADO

Maria Teresa Di Grado joined KT&Partners in March 2022. Since 2018 she is a Teaching Assistant at Liuc University for the subjects concering Corporate Finance and Private Capital markets. Previously she worked as Equity analyst at Banca Profilo.
Maria Teresa holds a Bachelor Degree in Management from Bocconi University and a MSc degree with full marks in Corporate Finance at LIUC University, taking also part in Exchange Programme at Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada.

CHIARA CARDELLI

Chiara joined KT&Partners in the Investor Relations area within the Markets division by the end of October 2021. Master of Science in Economics at the USI – University of Lugano (Switzerland) with Minor in Financial Communication and background in financial training gained at a primary banking foundation in the Canton of Ticino between 2008-2010. Since January 2011 she has carried out IR and Advisory activities on Equity Capital Markets at a leading management consultancy in Milan, becoming head of the Research Department from 2014 until September 2021 with a focus on the AIM Italia market – Euronext Growth Milan and on listed Mid-Small Caps, supporting the Equity Research analysts’ team in the equity markets analysis & stock market intelligence.

GABRIELE TRAPANI

Gabriele joined KT&Partners in October 2020. Graduated summa cum laude from the Catholic University of Milan in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries. Previously, he worked as advisor for one year and half in the Operations & Business Support division at Findomestic Banca. He is also a director in the student association Unicatt Financial Analyst, being responsible for training and coordinating the work on a hedge fund simulation project.

VALENTINA ZANONI

Valentina joined KT&Partners in February 2021 after graduating summa cum laude in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries from Catholic University of Milan. During her university career, Valentina took part in the Portfolio Simulation Project, a project concerning the implementation of fundamental and technical analysis strategies in partnership with high standing asset management companies.

FUSUN BEKTAS

Füsun Bektaş has been a partner of KT&Partners since its establishment in March 2010. She has 14 years’ experience in investment banking, asset management and management consulting businesses both in Istanbul and Milan.

Prior to KT&P, Füsun worked for two years at Banor Sim in Milan, where she was an asset manager investing in U.S. stock markets. In Istanbul, Füsun worked as an equity research analyst for international brokerage houses, including UniCredit Securities and the American house Raymond James Securities, for more than six years.

Füsun holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Istanbul and an MBA degree from the University of West Georgia in the United States. She speaks Turkish, English and Italian fluently. In addition to her role at KT&P, Füsun also manages a consultancy that advises and guides Italian companies in their businesses in Turkey.

GIADA BASLA

Giada Basla has worked for KT&Partners since 2013 as head of marketing and event planning.
Previously, Giada worked for a graphic design and communication agency in Milan, overseeing all advertising campaigns for the Benetton Group.
